Due to the nature of our product (pure ghee), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, if your product arrives damaged, leaked, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide:

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Order details

Once we verify the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. The product must not be used or tampered with.

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Products reported after 48 hours

Claims without proof

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that doesn’t meet our policy.
